Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have been exceeded since your purchase, we are no longer able to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in its original packaging and must be in the same condition in which you received it.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These reasons can be: the item is not in its original packaging – the item is damaged – the item is missing parts – the item has been returned after the 30-day limit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received, it will be subject to inspection. We will notify you via e-mail that we have received your return as well as the determination of approval, rejection or refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card automatically, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to review your credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times vary with each credit card company, so if you don’t see your refund on your credit card statement, call your credit card company for more information.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds and exchanges are only applicable on regular priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on specially priced or sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same product, please contact us hello@giantfloatie.com
Gifts
If the item purchased was marked as a gift and was shipped directly to you (the gift receiver), a gift certificate will be mailed to you for the full value of your item, once the item has been received by giantfloatie.com.
If the item purchased was not marked as a gift but instead was shipped to the gift giver, who in turn gave you the item themselves, the refund will be sent directly to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.
Shipping
Processing an order can take between 1-5 business days. We ship Canada wide via different courier services such as Canada Post, Purolator or Loomis. Rates as well as shipping times vary. Once you have proceeded to the checkout area, enter your address and select your preferred shipping method.
If you are returning your item, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund gets authorized, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are waiting an exchange, time of delivery may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning an item that is valued at more than $75.00, we suggest using a traceable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. If these measures are not taken, we cannot guarantee that your return will be received.
